These general terms and conditions apply to all activities offered by Activit\u00e9s Bruxelles. By using these services, the user fully accepts these terms.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/h4>\n

Physical and Material Damage:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Activit\u00e9s Bruxelles accepts no responsibility for injury, damage to property, theft or loss.<\/li>\n
  • All liability lies with the partner activity centre, which is covered by appropriate insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Registration and Participation<\/h4>\n

    • Participants must follow the safety and driving instructions given by the instructors.<\/li>\n
    • Activit\u00e9s Bruxelles and\/or the partner reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not comply with these instructions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Changes and Cancellations<\/h4>\n

      • Activit\u00e9s Bruxelles and\/or the partner reserves the right to modify or cancel activities in the event of force majeure or conditions beyond its control.<\/li>\n
      • Users will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Use of Personal Data<\/h4>\n

        • Users' personal data is collected and processed in accordance with current Belgian legislation.<\/li>\n
        • Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h4>\n

          • These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.<\/li>\n
          • Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.<\/li>\n

              Partner activity centres must have insurance covering participants for any activity carried out on their premises or under their supervision.<\/p>\n

              Complaints :<\/strong>
