Introduction
These general terms and conditions apply to all activities offered by Activités Bruxelles. By using these services, the user fully accepts these terms.
Liability
Physical and Material Damage:
- Activités Bruxelles accepts no responsibility for injury, damage to property, theft or loss.
- All liability lies with the partner activity centre, which is covered by appropriate insurance.
Registration and Participation
- Participants must follow the safety and driving instructions given by the instructors.
- Activités Bruxelles and/or the partner reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who does not comply with these instructions.
Changes and Cancellations
- Activités Bruxelles and/or the partner reserves the right to modify or cancel activities in the event of force majeure or conditions beyond its control.
- Users will be informed of any changes as soon as possible.
Use of Personal Data
- Users' personal data is collected and processed in accordance with current Belgian legislation.
- Users have the right to access, rectify and delete their data.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
- These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law.
- Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Brussels.

Specific Modifications
Disclaimer :
- Activités Bruxelles will not be held responsible for injury, material damage, theft, etc.
- Responsibility lies with the partner activity centres, which are insured accordingly.
Insurance :
Partner activity centres must have insurance covering participants for any activity carried out on their premises or under their supervision.
Complaints :
Any complaints relating to an activity should be addressed directly to the partner centre concerned.
